For all my fiends, especially from Latin America, this excellent documentary. Look and see, our continent is the same country formed by different nations with the same history, language and similar difficulties but with a big heart. One would say that Puerto Rico is far away from Uruguay or Peru but it's not. For subtitles click on Captions button.

Man was here, the documentary

I can proudly say that I met the director of this excellent documentary here in Bristol, and more proud to say that he is a friend of mine. What I like about it is that it is not only a documentary but it is like a short film, with characters and a question which will be answered at the end.
If you care about our planet you'll like it.
Funnily enough, I was just checking this note. I don't need this man to tell me what I already can see with my own eyes. http://uk.news.yahoo.com/sir-david-attenborough-warns-that-humans-are--a-plague-on-the-earth---110250496.html
This is a quote from Matrix, made me think apart from the entertainment 'Agent Smith: I'd like to share a revelation that I've had during my time here. It came to me when I tried to classify your species and I realized that you're not actually mammals. Every mammal on this planet instinctively develops a natural equilibrium with the surrounding environment but you humans do not. You move to an area and you multiply and multiply until every natural resource is consumed and the only way you can survive is to spread to another area. There is another organism on this planet that follows the same pattern. Do you know what it is? A virus. Human beings are a disease, a cancer of this planet. You're a plague and we are the cure. ' A bit extreme but we should look at it when we can.

People committing suicide
This is my comment from a discussion with
other friends in Facebook and wanted to bring it here as a way to support anyone who
is, have been or will feel down to the point of no return.
'I understand your point (no sympathy for people who commit suicide). However, If you never thought of committing suicide or lived someone else's tragedy maybe you don't have all the elements to understand this, I am not saying this is the case though. My advice would be to go and talk to someone who went through that experience and maybe you'll find out a bit more. I remember once waiting for a train in Swindon when someone had committed suicide saying something like -'what a selfish person, look at all of us waiting here' because the trains were delayed. I never understood this comment, in fact I think of this person as selfish. I think when someone takes their own life they are in big shit.'
I don't know how good is this page but just wanted to post something here http://www.mentalhealth.org.uk/help-information/getting-help/?view=Standard My advice is look for friends and family, they are the key, talk to them, maybe not about your problems but just the company will help. Don't give up.

Violence against men
This is a problem much bigger than it seems at first sight.
Many men are emasculated and with it some women take advantage of the situation being aggressive and abusing them. I would not like this for my male part of my family and certainly not for my children, think of that. I would not like this for my female part of my family either, if they do this they need immediate help.
Any violence against any other human being should not be used but to defend yourself when you are under an aggression and the response should be always proportionate.
This video clip will illustrate a bit more.
